No he did not yet. He lost a chance to publicly address questions regarding felony sex crimes against children, allegedly committed by former assistant coach as a news conference was abruptly canceled on Tuesday.

According to reports the board of trustees already thinking of removing him as Coach at Penn state.

His son Scott Patterno doesn't want him to resign as he supports his innocence. Further he brushed aside reports that he might have to resign.

News conference on Tuesday minutes before the the coach, one of the most famous in college football history, was due to face hundreds of reporters in the press room in the bowels of the 106,000-seat Beaver Stadium.

Today Government announced that it would revise the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP), implementing changes that will allow many more struggling borrowers to refinance their mortgages at today’s ultra-low rates, reducing monthly payments for some homeowners and potentially providing a modest boost to the economy.

The HARP program, which was rolled out in 2009, is designed to help. Those who are “underwater” on their homes and owe more than the homes are worth. So far, The Post reported, it has reached less than one-tenth of the 5 million borrowers it was designed to help. Here’s a quick breakdown of what you need to know about the changes.

Details of the announcement: The enhancements will allow some homeowners who are not currently eligible to refinance to do so under HARP. The changes cut fees for borrowers who want to refinance into short-term mortgages and some other borrowers. They also eliminate a cap that prevented “underwater” borrowers who owe more than 125 percent of what their property is worth from accessing the program.

Who is Eligible for HARP ? To be eligible, you must have a mortgage owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, sold to those agencies on or before May 31, 2009. The current loan-to-value ratio on the mortgage must be greater than 80 percent. Having a mortgage that was previously refinanced under the program disqualifies you from the program. Borrowers cannot not have missed any mortgage payments in the past six months and cannot have had more than one missed payment in the past 12 months.

How do I take advantage of HARP? According to the Federal Housing Finance Agency, the first step borrowers should take is to see whether their mortgages are owned by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. If so, borrowers should contact lenders that offer HARP refinances.

When do the changes go into effect? The FHFA is expected to publish final changes in November. According to a fact sheet on the program, the timing will vary by lender.

SHELDON looses all his property in a Mega robbery and calls the Cops as FBI just hanged up on him. Probably they thought its too tough a case to handle! He becomes hysteric and hyperventilates so badly that he needs a paper bag. Well even more sad for Sheldon, cops say they can't do much about it. Leonard the roomie freaks out and calls their friends for help.

LEONARD, HOWARD and RAJ best buddies of our dear Sheldon, are now on their quest to get the bully who robbed him. Howard helps them track down the enemy and they all go on a road trip along with Sheldon all the way sunnywale to kick the butt of this Megamind thief !! Excited about the quest Leonard ditches his girlfriend PRIYA and even Howard and Raj cancel all their engagements for this.

Well!! But our thief turns out to be too BIG for sundry. Well our heros inspite of having all the education and technical abilities, its hilarious how they can't just manage to get their things back. They break-down and they way back only to call Penny, Leonard's X (yeah remember he lies to her gf!!) who also happens to be a neighbour of Sheldon and Leonard for help. Its Penny who is now against them going bank with failed mission. She kicks in on the balls of BIG Megamind and gets the stuff back.

Now after all this you guys must be curious to know what Sheldon was robbed of. Well its all the Mighty gold and other stuff which he is accumulated in WOW .. yes !!! you didn't get it wrong .. World of Warcraft. :) :)

Well if you are now wondering about Sheldon ! Believe me he will turn out to be the weirdest and funniest character you will ever see.

Leonard, Raj and Howard just make the scene more hillarious :) Penny and Priya's serious hostility, Raj's exteneded one liners and the excited howard all just make you giggle enough.

Thats about the characters :) Well again how funny the content is - it just cant be explained just has to be watched.

This episode marked evolution of "The Bigbang theory" show with me and just soooo addicted to it. Then Why wait!!! You guys know how to get hold of episodes right ? I heard about this sitcom "The big bang theory" a year ago. But not until my gal recommended me this show, i hanged on to one of the episodes.
